We took over the development from a previous vendor to enhance the site's performance, stability, and overall quality while adding new features to the platform.
Solution
Our first priority was significantly improving the site's performance, as the page load times were far below acceptable standards. This enhancement was crucial for SEO.
Alongside these improvements, we also added numerous new features and since we took over the site's development and maintenance, we have implemented countless upgrades in collaboration with the client. These include integrating various CRM systems and introducing semantic search to boost conversion rates.
In addition to performance improvements, new features, we soon realized that the client has been suffering from the bad quality product the original vendor implemented. There was no production deployment where the client was relaxed, something always went wrong. We've successfully initiated and delivered a test automation solution with minimal investment which has provided substantial value. It has identified numerous issues before they reached production and continues to perform effectively.

Page load times decreased by magnitudes. New features have been quickly and successfully added to the platform. Test-automation has been added to the workflows to reduce the risk of something breaking in production and to boost development efficiency. Eventually, Tanfolyamguru became the first result in Google search for relevant keywords.
